Hospitalist / Nocturnist Opportunity in Northeast Ohio - Great Location / Compensation!!

We are currently recruiting a physician who specializes in internal medicine, for the purpose of providing full-time inpatient / hospitalist services to patients at the Hospital. Our recruitment package would contain the following compensation and benefits :

" Term : Twenty-Four (24) Months

" Compensation Package : $290,000 annually

" Quality Incentive Capped at $15,000

" Number of Days / Weekends : 12 hour shifts- 7p-7a (7 shifts biweekly)

" Personal / CME Days Negotiable based on a reduction of base salary

" Health Insurance Covered

" Disability Insurance $6,000 per year for documented expenses (taxable)

" Dues / Membership / CME Fees $5,000 per year for documented expenses

" Malpractice Liability Covered by practice

" Pension Plan 401(k) with a 4% Match capped at $8,000 per year

" Sign on Bonus $15,000

" Education Assistance Negotiable based on need
