Fast Casual Restaurant Assistant General Manager
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000 per year
Incentives : $750 monthly training incentive, plus performance-based monthly bonuses after training.

Key Responsibilities
As the Assistant General Manager, you will be a key leader, supporting the Restaurant Leader in managing daily operations and maintaining our high standards. Your role will be crucial in driving the restaurant's success and fostering our unique culture.
- Team Leadership : Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and termination of all hourly crew members. You will create work schedules, manage performance through coaching and development, and handle payroll processes.
- Operational Management : Act as the manager on duty, responsible for opening and closing the restaurant. You will manage cash handling, enforce operational policies, and ensure all safety standards are met.
- Customer Experience : Lead by example in providing exemplary customer service and empower your team to do the same.
- Facility Management : Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the restaurant, ensuring the facility is always in good working order.
Qualifications
We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to join our leadership team.
Experience : A minimum of 3 years in restaurant or retail management. Experience with new restaurant openings is highly preferred.Skills : Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage changing priorities. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to adapt to new technology systems quickly.Personal Attributes : Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic. You must be a collaborative leader who can also work effectively and efficiently on your own.Requirements : Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). A valid driver’s license is required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.Comprehensive Benefits Package
