About the Role -

The MLO will build relationships with our builder partner and visit communities on a regular basis. Communities are located in the Fort Myers, FL area . They will also participate in weekly pipeline status meetings. MLO will interview customers to determine their financial needs and advise those customers of appropriate products, terms, and pricing. They will navigate the borrower through the mortgage process and help to gather required information through clear and timely communication. The MLO must maintain high loan quality standards and comply with industry regulations. The MLO is required to meet sales goals and objectives. MLO's will be able to work builder leads as well as the ability to self-source business!
