About This Role
We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to support the growth and success of our sales organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering onboarding programs, building comprehensive learning paths, managing the Seismic platform, governing sales content, and ensuring the continuous development of the sales team. You will also capture and curate win / loss stories to drive learning and improvement across the organization.
The ideal candidate has a passion for helping sales teams succeed, a strong operational mindset, and experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
