About Life Landscaping
Life Landscaping operates three accredited behavioral health centers across Los Angeles, specializing in mental health and addiction treatment. We provide comprehensive PHP and IOP treatment programs supporting individuals with Primary Mental Health, Disordered Eating, and Dual Diagnosis Disorders.
Our mission is to deliver personalized, evidence-based, and holistic care, partnering with major insurance providers including Aetna, Blue Shield, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, Magellan, Tricare, TriWest, and Optum / United Healthcare.
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Director / Supervisor to lead our Santa Clarita Behavioral Health team. This role oversees the clinical program, supervises staff, and ensures clinical excellence in client care, documentation, and compliance. You’ll collaborate with leadership to strengthen programs, mentor clinicians, and maintain the highest standards of behavioral health treatment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and supervise therapists, counselors, and interns
- Oversee clinical operations, case management, and treatment planning
- Facilitate weekly supervision and team meetings
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, licensing, and accreditation standards
- Support program development, training, and quality improvement initiatives
