This foundational role is centered on transforming the firm's internal capabilities, directly impacting its ability to handle accelerated growth. The role requires a dynamic Player-Coach who is 50% Builder, 30% Operator, and 20% Culture Architect. Salary : $125,000 - $170,000 per year. Shift : Firstwork hours : 9 AM.
