IT Desktop Support Technician
Part-time, 40 hours bi-weekly Weekday Day Shifts.

As an IT Support Technician, youll provide first-line technical support for computer hardware, software, and network systems across the health system. Youll be the face of IT, representing the department with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to resolving issues efficiently.
This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of reliable technology in clinical and administrative settings. Youll troubleshoot, install, and configure systems in alignment with Meritus Health standards, ensuring staff can focus on caring for the community.
Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Associates degree or completion of technical school coursework required; Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of four years of hands-on computer user support experience required; experience with PC hardware, software, and troubleshooting required
Professional certification such as A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred
