Locum Occupational Medicine APP needed in Fairfield CA - NP or PA-C for position.

The provider will need the DOT certification. Client will wait for the DOT.

Hourly + travel expenses covered.

Credentialing : 30 days

Start : 5 / 19

End : 9 / 6

Schedule : M-F 8-5. No weekends, no nights, no holidays.

Patient Volume : 20ppd

Procedures : Laceration repair, removal of foreign body, stress tests

EMR : Cerner

License : CA

Certifications : BLS, DEA, DOT

Staff : APP's and MD's in clinic
