Technician B

The Technician B is responsible for performing diagnostics, completing intermediate maintenance tasks, and working with advanced OEM training. A critical role in providing high-quality automotive service and repair to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on a wide range of vehicles
• Conduct intermediate maintenance and repair tasks according to OEM standards
• Maintain productivity and meet service requirements
• Adapt to changing technologies and processes in the automotive industry
• Communicate effectively with the service team and customers to provide updates and recommendations
• Solve complex automotive problems and provide long-term solutions for customer satisfaction
• Maintain adherence to OEM training and resources to ensure all repairs are done accurately and efficiently
• Commit to continuous training to achieve the highest level of certification and expertise
• Operate diagnostic and repair software and systems with efficiency and accuracy
• Additional duties as assigned.
