Daily and Project-Based Duties : Execute implementation project tasks independently and accurately. Build and right-size inventory shelving systems; label bins and shelves with RFIDtags. Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile against purchase orders. Track, locate, and manage missing, expiring, and recalled products. Conduct SKU rationalization, PAR level reviews, and inventory consolidation. Provide on-site customer support, product information, and issue resolution. Maintain asset location data and ensure system accuracy. Present project updates to Z5 Inventory and client teams. Ensure alignment of internal and external stakeholder expectations. Manage timelines, deliverables, and customer satisfaction for assigned projects.Qualifications Education : High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelors degreepreferred. Experience : 13 years in inventory management, logistics, or healthcarepreferred. Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently or on a team. Ability to travel up to 80% of the year (projects may vary in length from 1 week to12+ months). Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.Additional Requirements : Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Must provide and maintain required immunizations, including : Hepatitis B, Influenza (current year), MMR, Varicella,Tetanus / Diphtheria / Pertussis, TB / PPD (annual), and COVID-19.
