Work Experience :

Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience. Pediatric experience is a plus but not required.

Education :

Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred). Bachelor’s + 5 years’ PT experience may also be accepted.

License :

Active Illinois PT license (compact license accepted)

Certifications :

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
