Job Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Addison. This role manages the full-cycle accounts payable process — from invoice review to payment processing — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting internal departments.
Responsibilities :
Manage the AP inbox by receiving, reviewing, and verifying vendor invoicesPrepare weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers)Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepanciesImport / export invoices into Concur; ensure proper coding and documentationCommunicate with vendors to request credits, clarify billing, or obtain missing invoicesPerform daily data entry using QuickBooks, Excel, and vendor portalsServe as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and issue resolutionSupport vendor onboarding (W-9s, insurance certificates, banking information)Ensure all company utilities (electricity, water, internet, etc.) are kept current and paid on timeAct as backup to the AP Manager for fuel purchase drafts and invoice processingParticipate in AP-related projects and other duties as assignedQualifications :
