Job description

We re looking for an experienced, hands-on Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team and partner closely with a major enterprise client based in Frisco, TX . This is an opportunity to support critical technology platforms, lead talented offshore engineering teams, and work directly with product and business leaders. Our client is a 40+ year old healthcare solutions enterprise that creates discount health programs that are marketable to the employer, profitable to the provider and economical for the member.

What You ll Do

  • Define and own the technical vision and support for mission critical solutions .
  • Guide engineering best practices code reviews, security, scalability.
  • Partner with client product managers and other client executives to convert requirements into actionable roadmaps.
  • Manage delivery : sprints, backlog, scope, and risks to ensure timely high-quality releases.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison to the client s leadership.
  • Coach and develop engineers; run performance reviews and growth plans.

    • What We re Looking For

  • Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of software development, including 2 3 years leading / managing distributed / offshore teams.
  • Strong expertise in .NET and cloud-native architecture ; experience with DevOps / CI / CD .
  • Proven ability to design, scale, and secure enterprise systems .
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, comfortable presenting to business leaders.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, microservices .
  • Prior work in consulting or client-facing delivery roles .
