At Solterra Wellness Club , were seeking an Independent Contractor Esthetician to provide exceptional treatments, grow your practice, and help shape our offerings as part of a founding wellness collective.

As a Licensed Esthetician Independent Contractor , youll bring your expertise in skin health and beauty to our members while enjoying the flexibility of running your own practice inside our wellness collective.

Compensation & Perks

  • Independent Contractor Role : Compensation is based on a percentage of each service fee collected , paid per completed service. (Specific split discussed during interview.)

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional esthetic services (facials, peels, skincare treatments, etc.).
  • Customize treatments to meet client needs and goals.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting treatment environment.
  • Collaborate with our team to support wellness experiences.
  • Share input on service offerings as part of Solterras founding provider team .

    • Qualifications

  • Current Ohio Esthetician license.
  • Proof of liability insurance.
  • Experience delivering high-quality skincare services.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • Passion for wellness and skin health.

    • Location : Polaris, OH (Galaxy at Polaris)
