What you will be doing :

The Senior Continuous Improvement Supervisor is responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing organization. This role focuses on implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to influence a culture of continuous improvement at all levels.

How you will do it :

Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Create and coach teams on Value Stream Mapping (Assess the Current state of the plant's Operations; Develop Future State vision and drive and monitor the implementation plan.)

Train and mentor employees on Lean principles, tools, and methodologies.

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for improvement projects.

Work closely with managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of changes.

Core competencies :

Hiring salary range : $85,000 - $106,500 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
