General Manager Responsibilities :
Lead daily operations of the restaurant while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and serviceWork side-by-side with the team on the line, prepping, serving, and supporting during peak timesTrain, develop, and manage staff performance and moraleMaintain inventory, manage food costs, and oversee schedulingMonitor P&L and drive sales and profitabilityEnsure excellent customer experiences and lead by exampleGeneral Manager Requirements :
4+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurantStrong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a teamHands-on, guest-first mindset and a passion for working alongside your teamStrong understanding of P&L management and food operationsReliable, organized, and excellent at problem-solvingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
