Job descriptionLead daily operations of the restaurant while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and service Work side-by-side with the team on the line, prepping, serving, and supporting during peak times Train, develop, and manage staff performance and morale Maintain inventory, manage food costs, and oversee scheduling Monitor P&L and drive sales and profitability Ensure excellent customer experiences and lead by example 4+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team Hands-on, guest-first mindset and a passion for working alongside your team Strong understanding of P&L management and food operations Reliable, organized, and excellent at problem-solving Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
