LPN or RN – Clinical Lead & Medical Assistant (Concierge Primary Care)

Full-Time | Savannah, GA

Coastal Care Vitality, Savannah’s premier concierge medical practice, is seeking an experienced and proactive LPN or RN to join our dynamic clinical team. This role serves as a hybrid Medical Assistant and Clinical Operations Lead , supporting both our physician and nurse practitioner in delivering high-quality, personalized healthcare to our members.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical support : room patients, draw labs, administer vaccines / injections, assist with in-office procedures
• Oversee daily clinical operations, supporting a smooth workflow and strong team communication
• Serve as a liaison between providers and patients, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses to medical questions and needs
• Coordinate and manage referrals, imaging orders, and lab processing
• Maintain accurate documentation in Athena (our EMR system)
• Proactively manage medical inventory and supply ordering
• Support front office and care coordination teams when needed to maintain a best-in-class experience
