Patient Care Technician (Pct) Opportunity
DaVita is hiring a patient care technician (pct) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a pct, youll provide direct, hands-on care under rn supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
key responsibilities :
- deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- record vital signs and patient data
- educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
