Technical Support Tech 1

Provides technical support to end users by identifying, researching, and resolving issues. Responds to phone, email, and in-person requests while documenting and tracking all problems to ensure timely resolution. Works under supervision, following established guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications :

• Associate's degree in a related field (preferred)
• 03 years of technical support or related experience
• Knowledge of standard IT concepts and practices
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
