Roofing Inspector

Location : Burbank, CA (In-Person)

Pay : $45,000 – $70,000 per year

Company : ADCO Roofing & Waterproofing, North Hollywood

We’re looking for a Roofing Inspector with hands-on experience in roofing or construction to join our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities to work on a variety of commercial roofing and waterproofing projects.

What You’ll Do

Perform roof inspections, identify issues, and propose solutions.
Read blueprints and flashing details, document deficiencies with photos and sketches.
Report on roof and flashing system conditions and recommend maintenance or repair.
Assist with estimates and proposals.
Maintain daily work logs and support the placement of permanent roof fixtures.
Perform routine roof maintenance and related tasks.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of roofing or construction experience (required)

Strong knowledge of roofing materials, defects, and California Building Code

Ability to accurately document and report findings

Clean driving record and valid Driver’s License

Comfortable with outdoor work and an 8-hour weekday schedule
