Position Title: Air Export Clerk

Location: El Segundo, CA

Qualifications:

• Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and team player essential.
• Prior freight forwarding and/or logistics experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

• To operate all jobs under the proper & timely usage of Dimerco Value Plus System, including data & sales/costs entry
• Maintain services toward customer's satisfactions & excellency through good communication & coordination with customer/carriers & affiliated business suppliers/partners
• Handle & co-ordinate Air Export shipment internally & externally with customers, Dimerco offices/agent to ensure the shipment executed smoothly in daily basis
• Generate internal Debit Notes for Dimerco offices/agents
• Sending of pre-alert to overseas agents
• Monitor & handle AE Custom declarations
• Follow-up & update shipment information related to AE & Brokerage
• Other assignments by management
