The Job :

As aSr. Manufacturing Engineer youllbe part of ourAerospace team working as an onsite employee. Youllget to :

• Support production operations and driving continuous improvement across the facility. Core responsibilities include :
• Supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations
• Performing Material Review Board (MRB) dispositions
• Setting up and updating manufacturing routers
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance quality and productivity
• Collaborating effectively with a motivated team-oriented group of engineers to resolve production challenges.
• Collaborating directly with manufacturing personnel to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
• Applying a strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and industry standards

The base pay range for this position inCalifornia is $99300 - $134299. per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and / or other benefitsdependenton the position offered.
