Were looking for a mid-senior AI Marketing Project Manager to develop and implement our AI-driven lead and campaign optimization that will shape the future of our healthcare advisory solutions. What Youll Do

Collaborate with the Marketing Director in the design and implementation of AI-powered marketing initiatives, like, but not limited to, predictive lead scoring, conversion probability models, and real-time campaign optimization.

Translate marketing goals into actionable AI / Machine Learning workflows for lead acquisition, audience segmentation and targeting with personalized messaging.

Develop and manage effectively AI programming , platforms and models (like Python, AWS, AML, Vertex, etc.) to analyze large datasets from ad platforms, our new custom CRM, and call center system.

Work closely with our marketing team to integrate AI into our WordPress-based landing pages, forms, and tracking platforms.

Lead cross-functional processes (marketing, sales, operations, compliance) to ensure smooth AI adoption and execution.

Monitor key KPIs, CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality score, and enrollments in different marketing platforms for ongoing optimization (i.e. with Power BI dashboard, Looker Studio, Tableau)

Maintain compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and TCPA regulations in all AI-driven initiatives.

What You Bring

2-4 years of experience managing data or tech projects, ideally in business operations.

Knowledge of AI programming skills with certain experience in machine learning for business applications.

Familiarity with marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing, email automation) and AI opportunities within them.

Willingness to respect and commit to data compliance in healthcare marketing.

Familiarity with web hosting, web programming, and API integration.

Critical, creative thinker with excellent communication skills to translate data into knowledge and actionable outcomes.

Resilient to manage unpredictable situations, shifting priorities, and complex cross-team challenges without losing focus.
