We’re seeking a Restoration Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee field operations and ensure our clients receive top-quality service throughout New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from initial assessment through completion
  • Coordinate and supervise field crews to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication and updates
  • Identify and resolve project challenges quickly and effectively
  • Ensure all work complies with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction or project management required (restoration experience is a plus)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well with clients, field teams, and subcontractors
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
  • TPA (Third Party Administrator) knowledge is a bonus, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
