Environmental Services Supervisor - Second Shift
The Environmental Services Supervisor is responsible for providing direction, guidance, and supervision to environmental services caregivers. This caregiver works as part of a team to ensure the sanitation, disinfection, and cleanliness at all Winona Health Campus locations. This caregiver strictly enforces all operational and physical safety requirements for a commercial cleaning operation.

Work Environment :
The environment consists of a moderate to rapid pace that requires flexibility to adjust to resident / patient and staffing needs. Physical demands are light to moderate with frequent bending, pulling, pushing, and prolonged and sustained periods of standing and walking. Requires the ability to perform multi-task requirements in a high-low stress / fast-slow paced and many interruptions.
