Our center has a variety of exams that is does on a daily basis. It includes, screening, diagnostic mammography, Ultrasound, Ultrasound Biopsy, Tomo Biopsy, Needle localizations and SAVI Localizations. We have a High Risk program that guides our patients thru their breast cancer journey which is the foundation of us taking care of the whole patient for our center. Our Center is open Monday-Friday from 7 : 00-5 : 30, with 1 / 2 day Saturday. No nights or call. The shift offered is 8 : 30-5 : 00, Monday- Friday, with an occasional flex date for Saturday's. • Anything more than 5 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around, please limit total RTO requests. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) # of jobs in system we can sub : 1 submittal per facility Requires specific amount of exp. : 2 years minimum unless otherwise noted. WA license in-hand required for CNA and LPN jobs. • ALL travelers are expected to float. Travelers regularly float between various like units, within skill set!
• If required for the assignment, Client agrees to supply Providers with communication devices (i.e. cell phone, pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to Provider or Agency. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency. Modules : Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent.
