we need an experienced Product Manager to lead our lab function.
Role Overview :
Senior, higher-comp position owning product development in the personal care and household categories. The hire must bring a strong laboratory background and be able to independently run physicochemical and performance testing while driving products from concept to launch in partnership with R&D, production, and quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead product development from concept through commercialization.
- Independently run physicochemical tests (pH, viscosity, stability, active content).
- Conduct performance evaluations for personal care and household products.
- Partner with third-party labs and factory chemists to meet spec, quality, and performance targets.
- Analyze results and recommend formulation improvements.
- Track industry trends and competitors to inform innovation.
