A company is looking for a CRM Specialist to drive comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies across email and SMS channels.
Key Responsibilities
Co-manage clients and oversee day-to-day operations of lifecycle marketing
Produce email briefs, including copywriting and design instructions for various messaging channels
Manage campaign project timelines and ensure proper execution of assets
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing production, with at least 1 year in an agency setting
Familiarity with HTML / CSS is required
Experience with eCommerce / Retail brands and relevant tech stack for email and SMS
Proven track record in building lifecycle marketing revenue
Highly process-oriented with project management skills and the ability to work independently
