Grant Manager

The City of Minot is accepting applications for the position of Grant Manager in the Finance Department, with an application deadline of Sunday, October 19, 2025. This position administers the City of Minots Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and other federal grant programs, including all of their associated projects, plans, and activities. This full-time position performs a variety of complex, high-level program / project management, federal grant compliance and reporting, data analysis, and oversight tasks. Work is performed at the direction of the Finance Director and provides oversight and compliance guidance to City departments and staff involved with the grant funds, and manages any program consultants. The assigned salary range of Grant Manager under the 2025 City of Minot Annual Pay Plan is a Grade 70, with an annual salary range of $71,432-$106,041 which is $34.34-$50.98 per hour. This is a full-time, FLSA Exempt position not eligible for overtime. This is a benetted position.
