Infant Teacher Assistant - Palm Academy

Palm Academy is looking for an entry-level Infant and Toddler Aide to work under the guidance of experienced infant teachers. The aide will provide nurturing care and gentle guidance in a clean, organized, cheerful, and inviting setting. The aide must have great love and patience for children.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Feeds infants according to an established schedule.
• Changes soiled diapers
• Plays with infants to stimulate growth.
• Cradles and cuddles infants as needed.
• Informs parents of infant behavior and achievements.
• Answers parental questions and responds to concerns.
• Prepares infant for departure and arrival.
• Maintains safety and health standards.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education and Experience :

High School diploma or equivalent and six units completed in Child Development. Must be a team player.
