✍ Short Description:
This role is focused on designing and implementing operational systems and automations to improve speed, scalability, and efficiency. The candidate will own projects from start to finish, turning ambiguous challenges into structured workflows. You’ll work with AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, and emerging technologies to create leverage, reduce human dependency, and optimize operations across the business.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Audit existing manual processes and redesign them using AI and automation to improve speed, scalability, and efficiency.

• Architect and implement end-to-end operational systems that reduce human dependency and create long-term leverage.

• Own projects from concept to execution, turning ambiguous business challenges into structured, functioning workflows.

• Build and optimize automations using AI and no-code/low-code tools (e.g., workflow builders, CRM automations, integrations).

• Continuously research, test, and recommend emerging AI tools to keep the company ahead of the curve.

• Identify bottlenecks across operations and engineer scalable solutions that eliminate repetitive work.

• Support general operational or VA-related tasks when needed, while prioritizing system-level improvements.

💡 Qualifications:

• Proven experience designing and implementing operational systems or automations from scratch.

• Deep fluency in AI tools and automation platforms (not beginner-level familiarity).

• Strong systems thinking mindset, with the ability to design feedback loops and scalable workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to independently own and ship projects without detailed step-by-step instruction.

• Experience translating high-level strategy into concrete operational architecture.

• Comfortable working in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.

• Track record of building leverage (eliminating categories of work), not just completing assigned tasks.

🎯 Nice to have:

• Proficiency with advanced automation stacks (Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Notion API) and system integrations.

• Basic scripting ability (Python or JavaScript) to extend automations beyond no-code tools.

• Experience designing AI agents, prompt systems, or internal GPT-powered workflows.

• Background in high-growth startups or founder-led environments where building from scratch was required.
