Responsibilities
Responding to inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with their questions about insurance products, policies, billing, etc.
Assisting clients with updating, renewing, or making changes to their insurance policies (e.g., changing coverage, adding or removing drivers, adjusting limits).
Helping customers understand their bills, including premium payments, billing cycles, and payment due dates.
Addressing customer complaints or concerns and working to resolve them in a timely manner.
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products based on customer needs and eligibility.
