Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer relevant solutions.
Your day would encompass 1 / 3 Marketing, 1 / 3 Sales, and 1 / 3 technology incorporation
Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to promote insurance products effectively in the local market.
Brand Promotion : Promote the agency's brand by participating in community events and networking opportunities in Hayward, Wisconsin.
Lead Generation : Generate leads through various channels, including centers of influence, referrals, and social media outreach.
Reporting : Prepare and maintain detailed reports of marketing activities, leads, and conversion rates.
Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Experience : Prior experience in marketing or sales preferred, but not required
Proficient in social media, and technology efficiency implementation preferred.
License preferred, willing to train, Licensing assistance available
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to develop engaging presentations and marketing materials.
Customer Relation : Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Analytical Skills : Capable of analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Adaptability : Ability to adapt to the unique challenges of the insurance market and customer needs in a non-remote setting.
Team Player : Collaborative attitude with an ability to work seamlessly within a team.
Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and marketing software is beneficial.
