Key Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating an inclusive atmosphere for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Provide personalized outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client's unique needs, helping them on their journey towards healing and resilience.
- Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans that empower clients and support their stable functioning.
- Actively engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning while contributing your expertise to enhance client care.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to provide holistic mental health care.
Qualifications
