Commercial Construction Estimator

Our client is growing and looking for a Commercial Construction Estimator with strong budgeting and preconstruction experience.

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Estimator who can take ownership of the preconstruction and estimating process — from conceptual budgets through final GMP proposals. The right candidate will partner closely with clients, architects, and our internal team to ensure every project starts with clarity, confidence, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for commercial ground-up and renovation projects.
• Create conceptual and schematic budgets during early design phases.
• Manage preconstruction efforts, including value engineering, bid leveling, and scope analysis.
• Lead subcontractor outreach, scope reviews, and bid evaluations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership to align budgets with client expectations.
• Maintain and refine historical cost data and unit pricing.
• Support business development and proposal preparation when needed.
