Job description

Restoration Project Manager (RPM)

RPM's work with homeowners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to reconstruct and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a RPM, you will manage the reconstruction, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.

Compensation and benefits include a salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience and certifications, bonus based on profit performance, leadership development opportunities, company phone, laptop and assigned vehicle, PTO, paid sick days, paid holidays, 401k match, referral program, and a great culture and team dynamic.

Job responsibilities include managing multiple reconstruction projects of various sizes from start to finish, developing and updating budgets and project schedules, selecting and managing subcontractors and construction teams, proactively identifying and resolving project issues, communicating with homeowners, property managers, adjusters, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, re-inspecting job sites for quality control, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications include 3+ years reconstruction management experience, strong working knowledge of construction methods, systems and trades, proficiency with industry estimating software, understanding of construction finance, fluency in English, and ability to work nights / weekends as needed. Valid driver's license and ability to drive throughout Southern California, authorization to work in the US, willingness to submit to background check, strong prioritization and organizational skills, ability to multitask, resourcefulness, dedication to customer service, and desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude.

Working conditions and physical requirements include work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions, ability to stand or walk, frequently bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional use of personal protective equipment.
