Rate : up to $65 / hr.

Position Overview : We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Tech Delivery Lead to drive the successful execution of technology initiatives within a large enterprise financial services environment. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables that span multiple teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and proven experience managing complex technology projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate technology delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and communication to support project milestones.
• Provide end-to-end visibility into project health, including status updates, risks / issues, and schedules.
• Ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations regarding functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
• Track success metrics and review performance with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Support resource planning and forecasting for project execution.
