Facilities Manager

My client is HIRING for a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee operations at our Yuba City property. This role is responsible for managing maintenance staff, coordinating vendor services, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You’ll lead preventative maintenance programs, capital projects, and support leasing and marketing events—all with the goal of improving property performance and NOI. Title : Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise maintenance team and oversee daily operations
• Manage vendor contracts, construction coordination, and risk compliance
• Forecast and monitor property expenses (CAM, utilities, capital)
• Implement CMMS systems (Yardi) and ensure timely reporting
• Support leasing, events, and tenant relations
• Maintain fire / life safety systems and liaise with inspectors

Qualifications :

Work Environment :

On-site, Monday–Friday with occasional on-call needs. Local candidates preferred.

Salary : $85K–$105K Annual
