Leasing Consultant (Cranberry Twp)

Hudson Property Management is recruiting for a full-time leasing consultant. Our company is a dynamic, fast-growing real estate investment company located in Pittsburgh, PA. fellow leasing consultants, and facilities maintenance team members who strive to provide exemplary customer service to our residents and clients.

Compensation : $47,000 - $53,000 yearly

Responsibilities : Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, emails, and other communicationsfrom potential residents, deliveringengaging, customer-focused, and sales-driveninformation that highlights the property'sunique value proposition.

Proactively follow up with all prospectsin a timely manner to maintain aminimum 35% closing ratio, using effectivelead conversiontechniques and agoal-oriented sales approach.

Accurately track all leasing leads and interactionsin the propertysCRM system (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio)and produce detaileddaily and weekly leasing reportsthat reflectsales pipeline progress, conversions, and performance-based metrics.

Conduct professional, persuasive apartment toursthat focus onneeds-based selling, answer questions confidently, andhighlight competitive advantagesbased on ongoingmarket researchand knowledge of thePittsburgh rental market.

Process all leasing paperworkefficiently, includingapplicant screenings, credit checks, and lease documentation, ensuring compliance and a smoothsales-to-lease conversion.

Prepare keys, welcome packets, and all necessary materialsfor efficientmove-in and move-out coordination, reinforcing ahospitality-driven approachand positive resident experience.

Regularly conduct market researchto stay informed onlocal competitor pricing, availability, and promotions to support effectivepositioning strategies.

Handle general administrative office duties, including scheduling appointments, preparing units for showings, assisting with resident inquiries, and supporting the property manager withproperty operations and sales initiatives.

Qualifications : 1-2 Years of leasing experience.

Strong initiative and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Proven track record in sales.

Ability to quickly learn new software programs and company processes / procedures. Experience in Onesite is a plus, but not required.

Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
