Systems Analyst III

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst III - Member Rewards and Incentives. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define system specifications for Member Rewards and Incentives programs Create and manage features, user stories, and bugs using Azure DevOps to support data engineering efforts Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement and manage incidents related to Member Rewards and Incentives systems Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience Five (5) years of experience in requirements management Familiarity with the healthcare environment (Medicaid / Medicare) is required Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Office products is required Certifications around Agile or Business or System Analyst role are preferred
