Job descriptionBachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field. 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience. Knowledge of performance-based hiring or similar frameworks. Experience creating and delivering training in a corporate setting. Ability to influence, inspire and educate others. Position Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for recruiters from onboarding to advanced upskilling.
- Create and maintain clear, effective learning and development materials rooted in best practices.
- Partner with recruiting leaders and HR partners to identify training needs and drive adoption of consistent, high impact hiring practices.
- Elevate the team through coaching and mentorship, supporting our recruiters' growth.
