JOB DESCRIPTION As the Solutions Architect, you will help discover and gather client needs, and design / guide the implementation of Supernovas SBL platform for our enterprise clients. The candidate will work closely with internal and external project and technology teams to define and document system architecture, integration points, and integration specs. The candidate will oversee the system design as well as the client onboarding process from the technology perspective. To succeed in this role, good understanding of system architectures and business / operation processes are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to prospects and customers, providing in-depth product demonstrations and presentations
• Conduct thorough technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, challenges, and infrastructure
• Architect innovative and scalable solutions that align with customer goals and objectives
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution designs, and implementation plans
• Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback and contribute to the product roadmap
• Identify and document data types, rules, mapping, and conversion requirements
• Work with system integration and ETL processes
• Coordinate and design system and user acceptance testing
• Maintain system documentation for internal and external use
• Identify and escalate deficiencies in technical work and implementation plans
• Participate in ongoing business process standardization
• Provide accurate and timely project communication, status and schedule updates to internal and external stakeholders
