• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, including photocopying and scanning important documentation.
• Support departmental procedures by interpreting guidelines and ensuring compliance.
• Compile and analyze special reports to provide actionable insights for the team.
• Manage communication tasks, including drafting correspondence and responding to inquiries.
• Ensure proper organization of files, paperwork, and other administrative materials.
• Assist in supervising specific projects or tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Handle typing tasks with proficiency and maintain accuracy in all written materials.
