Job Title : Sr. Full Stack Engineer

Salary : $200K - $275K + Equity

Location : San Francisco, CA (near Jackson Square)

Based in San Francisco, we're building a new medium for communication - one that allows people to interact directly with digital minds that capture voice, perspective, and expertise. Backed by top-tier investors, and advised by some of the most recognized voices in technology, media, and culture, we're looking for engineers who thrive in early-stage environments, and enjoy owning projects from concept to launch. This role is highly product-oriented : you'll design, build, and deploy new experiences across our digital mind studio, interactive features (text, voice, and video), and discovery platforms.

What You'll Do :

• Drive key product initiatives end-to-end, from idea through architecture and deployment.
• Build scalable systems with Next.js, Python, and AWS , ensuring seamless and reliable performance for a fast-growing user base.
• Design resilient system architecture, including versioned APIs, caching, queues, and self-healing patterns.
• Contribute to frontend React experiences while leading on backend design and infrastructure.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) via API, optimizing for user experience and performance.
• Collaborate with a small, senior team to ship ambitious features quickly.
