Lead Financial Analyst

Summary : Our growing client is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join their team. Our client sits inside the Perimeter and offers a hybrid work environment. They are seeking someone with budgeting and forecasting experience who has deep experience in cost analysis. They promote from within and have great benefits. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of costs and expenses

Prepare budgets, monitor spending, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Generate detailed financial reports and forecasts related to costs and expenses and present findings to management.

Develop and implement strategies and procedures to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and maximize profitability.

Work closely with other departments to understand cost drivers and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in accounting or finance

4 -10 years of FP&A experience

3+ years of experience supporting cost and expenses

Experience working with a planning tool

Strong Excel and presentation skills
