Are you passionate about both technical writing and recruiting top IT talent? We are seeking a dual-skilled communicator to create clear, precise documentation for our IT products and processes, while sourcing and hiring the best IT professionals in the industry.
Responsibilities :
- Develop manuals and guides for IT software, workflows, and systems—ensuring content supports users and IT staff.
- Work directly with IT teams and subject-matter experts to ensure documentation reflects current technologies.
- Write and post IT job descriptions on specialized platforms; screen and interview candidates for software, network, and tech support roles.
- Coordinate recruiting and onboarding for IT hires, helping teams grow with the right expertise.
