We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Bristol, New Hampshire. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent while contributing to the overall recruitment strategy. Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and align recruitment efforts.

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and employment regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress to leadership and stakeholders.

• Maintain organized documentation and records related to recruitment activities.
