QUALITY INSPECTOR

Monday - Friday

8 : 00 am - until finished

$16.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Inspect foam products, including mattresses, toppers, and pillows for defects, consistency, and overall quality.
• Perform dimensional checks and visual inspections to ensure products meet customer and internal specifications.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of testing and findings.
• Identify and report nonconforming materials or products to the production team and supervisors.
• Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct random and routine checks throughout the production process to maintain quality standards.
• Follow established procedures for handling rejected or reworked materials.
• Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient operation.
• Comply with all company safety rules, policies, and procedures.
