AR Collections Lead / Supervisor

We hiring for an outgoing and detail-oriented Lead AR Collections Representative to support a growing software company. This is a 100% remote position focused on customer service and billing support.

Location : Remote (Eligible States : CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WY)

Contract : 6 months only

Responsibilities :

Respond to inbound calls regarding invoices, payments, and account status

Assist customers in updating account contacts

Send email communications regarding outstanding balances

Make outbound calls to follow up on past due accounts

Process credits using PeopleSoft and maintain accurate transaction records

Conduct audits between systems to ensure data accuracy

Qualifications :

1–2 years of collections or accounts receivable experience

1+ years of leadership experience

1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and email communication

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience in a call center environment is a plus

Work Environment : 100% remote

Equipment provided (must have a Windows 10 device and reliable internet as backup)

Schedule :

Monday–Friday, 6 AM–6 PM Mountain Time

Shifts may vary (e.g., 6 AM–3 PM, 7 AM–4 PM, 8 AM–5 PM)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr.
