• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
• Weekend coverage required
• Patient ratio of 2 : 1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Must have 1 year of nursing experience
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIH
• EPIC charting system preferred
• Must be licensed to practice in South Carolina at time of submission
• Float required to ICU and as needed within organization
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• Care for adult patients in cardiac / cardiovascular intensive care unit
• Handle complex cardiac cases including post-cardiac surgery, CABG, valve replacement, STEMI, and TAVR procedures
• Manage specialized equipment including Impella, IABP, chest tubes, pacemakers, and Swan Ganz catheters
• Perform advanced procedures such as arterial line management, ventilator management, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Administer blood products, manage vasoactive drips, and provide care for ventilated patients
• 50-mile radius rule applies for local candidates
• Two supervisory references required
